The
6 following routes of Lago Maggiore Bike Park are not
very long routes and for this reason they are also ridable
by not especially trained mountain bikers.
For
each of them you can download the gps track. It's also
available, at the bottom of this page, the download
of the PDF guide, containing the road book for each
route.
Legend:
in the map, the sections in blue represent a trail or
dirt road, those in red an asphalt road and the red
square is the point of start/finish.

Start
from Caronio and taking the path n. 1 to Pollino we
reach the camping area of Pollino. From here we head
to the Pollino's Belvedere and then to the repeater,
where we take the trail that leads down to the SS. Trinity
of Ghiffa. From here we head towards Ceredo, then climb
to Cargiago and then we return to Caronio.

Starting
from Caronio we take the path n. 1 to Pollino. Arrived
at the Chapel of Monte we climb along a portion of the
archaeological route, then we take the trail coming
down from the repeater of Pollino. We arrive, therefore,
at the Chapel of Porale, we go down to Cargiago and
then go back to Caronio.

From
the SS. Trinity of Ghiffa we head towards Ceredo, then
uphill to Cargiago. From Cargiago we up towards Caronio
then we return to the SS. Trinity of Ghiffa.

From
the SS. Trinity of Ghiffa we climb until we reach the
Chapel of Porale. From here we get to Caronio and then
we take the path n. 1 to Pollino. Once in Pollino we
reach the Pollino's Belvedere and then the repeater,
from where we take the trail that goes down and after
the Chapel of Porale, down to Ceredo. From Ceredo, then,
we go back to SS. Trinity of Ghiffa.

From
Pollino we head towards the Pollino's Belvedere, then
we go towards to the repeater, but we deflecting downward
in the direction of Usceno. From Usceno we go to take
the path n. 1 that goes down to Caronio. Once at the
Chapel of Monte we turn to climb along a portion of
the archaeological route, then we go down to Caronio.
From Caronio we take again the path n. 1 and go up to
Pollino.

Pollino
- Le Australie - Pollino - Bagno - Pollino - Pollino’s
Belvedere - Pollino

Maximum height: 850 m
Accumulated climb: 246 m
From
Pollino we climb to the top area and then we take the
trail coming from Manegra. Then we go down to Pollino
and then we climb along the trail that leads to Le Australie.
From here we descend again to Pollino, then turn in
the direction of Bagno, from where we go back to Pollino.
