SRAM presenta il nuovo gruppo GX: 1 x 11, 2 x 11 e 2 x 10



SRAM presenta un gruppo di trasmissione tutto nuovo. Si chiama GX ed è un gruppo abbastanza accessibile dal punto di vista economico. Sarà disponibile nel formato 1 x 11, nel nuovo formato 2 x 11 ed in opzione anche nel formato 2 × 10.

Oltre alla catena PC-X1, il gruppo GX 1x comprende tutti i componenti necessari a comporre una trasmissione completa, compresa una guarnitura con spider fisso o rimovibile.

La cassetta Full Pin è compatibile con gli altri gruppi SRAM 1x ed utilizza ancora il corpo ruota libera della cassetta SRAM XD, inoltre le guarniture saranno compatibili con il sistema appena introdotto da SRAM Boost 148.

SRAM GX 2 x 11

L’altra grande novità riguarda l’introduzione di una trasmissione 2 × 11 che utilizza la vasta gamma di cassette SRAM. Per rendere la trasmissione 2 × 11 compatibile con le cassette 10-42D, il cambio abbandona la tecnologia X-Horizon per ottenere un parallelogramma più tradizionale. Il cambio, inoltre, dispone del Roller Bearing Clutch e del Cage Lock. Il deragliatore sarà di tipo X-Glide mentre inizialmente le guarniture saranno disponibili solo con corone da 36-24D, ma probabilmente si aggiungeranno altre dimensioni per le corone.

SRAM GX 2 x 10

Il nuovo gruppo GX 2 × 10 è essenzialmente una sostituzione del SRAM x7 ed ottiene alcuni rinnovamenti rispetto a quest’ultimo. Si basa sulle attuali cassette PG-1050 e PG-1030 per cui non potrà beneficiare della vasta gamma a disposizione delle altre due trasmissioni, ma si tratta comunque del gruppo più economico tra i tre.
