CamelBak Products, the global hydration leader, announced that it has appointed Edi Kaiser as European Sales Manager.
Based in Munich, Kaiser will focus on growing brand presence in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and will support all distributors to increase sales in Europe. Kaiser comes to CamelBak after serving as General Manager for Germany and Austria at Skins and prior to that, Sales & Marketing Director at Spyder. Kaiser will report to Andrew Shand, Senior Director of Sales (EMEA), who is based in London.
The recent hiring is the latest development in an international restructuring at CamelBak. In May the company closed its three-person office in Bassano del Grappa, Italy and began the search for a German-based sales manager in order to realign existing resources geographically in Europe.
Since May, CamelBak has actively added staff to the European team to further strengthen and build both the brand and business—including the hiring of an International Marketing Manager, Kim Rogers. Rogers most recently managed international marketing at the University of Roehampton in London, and was also a former professional soccer player for Bayern Munich. The team has also promoted Heather Fritts to Sales Operations Coordinator and hired Alex Charsley as Customer Service/Warranty Support Coordinator.
